Helix Group Engineering, LLC, brings more than 20 years of engineering experience to the table, featuring specializations in Modeling and Simulation (M&S) and Guidance, Navigation, and Controls (GNC) Engineering. Our services include:

Competitive Landscape

There is a distinct lack of M&S/GNC stopgap contract engineering services within both the commercial and defense engineering communities. Helix Group remedies this by providing rapid, high-fidelity aerospace modeling and simulation services to address urgent needs.

Sales

Helix Group was registered in October 2024 and made $20,000 revenue by November of the same year. We can contract directly via 1099-style contracts and are also registered with sam.gov and poses a cage code for government contracting.

The Team

• Roland Harvey has a Ph.D. in Computer Engineering and an M.S. in Electrical Engineering, with research focused on nonlinear dynamic systems and control. He has multiple publications on these topics.
• Richard Kaloust has a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and a master’s certificate in C/C++ programming. He has worked for Lockheed Martin, CAE USA, and Kratos Defense & Security as a senior guidance, navigation, and controls engineer.
• Garrison Frost has a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering and has held the position of senior guidance, navigation, and controls engineer at both Lockheed Martin and CAE USA. He has extensive experience writing aerospace simulations and has seven years’ GNC/C++ experience.
